Shipping & Returns

As a company that sells secondhand clothing and donates to charity with every sale, we have to strictly adhere to our shipping & returns policy in order to remain a viable business. We hope you can appreciate that although our sellers are not legally required to offer returns on these preloved goods, we recommend they do so on certain items as a gesture of goodwill.

Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout based on your delivery country. All items are stored by Ebloggers and shipped from our UK headquarters. 

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control.

We currently use 100% plastic-free recyclable mailing bags and reused cardboard boxes where possible. We sometimes have to use plastic mailers for very large orders and/or select international orders, if you know of any more eco-friendly options, please get in touch!

Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.

For UK customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for International customers orders not received within 20 business days, please contact us.

Returns Policy

Returns will NOT be accepted under any circumstances unless a returns request has been completed and approved by Ebloggers. In the event of an item/s returned to us without a returns request approval it will be held for 1 month before being donated to Charity. If you have returned an item/s without approval please contact us to arrange return postage to you.

Not all items sold at Ebloggers are eligible for a return as we act as an agent for private sellers, thus they are under no obligation to offer returns on any items and so we recommend they do this as a gesture of goodwill for our customers. 

Please check the product description for details on whether that item is eligible for a return. If the description says 'Please see returns policy', the following rules apply:

Clothing items with product condition 'New'.

Any items where the product condition is not 'New' (this includes Excellent*, Good* and Sold As Seen condition products).
*excluding True Luxury products.

All True Luxury products (items within the True Luxury section) unless product condition is 'Sold As Seen'.

All Beauty Products
All Accessories (e.g. hats, headwear, hair accessories, jewellery, watches, sunglasses etc).
All Underwear & Swimwear

*unless otherwise stated within the product description on the product page.

Request a Return

If you would like to return your item(s)*, you must place a within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If we approve your returns request, the item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition with your invoice inside the parcel. This MUST be received at our premises within 7 days of your request approval, using tracked delivery payed by you.

Any items returned to us not in their original condition will not be accepted and will be donated to charity with no reimbursement to you, the customer.

Any requests made or returns received outside of these timeframes will be donated to charity with no reimbursement to you, the customer.

If for any reason we have pre-agreed to take on the cost of returns postage, this must not exceed the amount you paid for postage on the original order.

In the event of a return postage, customs and duty costs must be covered by the customer. We advise items for return to be sent by Insured, Tracked and Signed postage. Ebloggers cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post.

Ebloggers will refund you in the same manner that the initial payment was made.
