The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout. As all items are stored by ebloggers, they come from the same UK location, which helps to minimise shipping costs and the number of parcels your order will be delivered in.
We choose to use sustainable packaging that is recyclable and biodegradable.
For international shipping, rates are calculated at checkout after inputting your address. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control.
Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and ebloggers is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.

At ebloggers we want all of our customers to be happy with their items. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, it must be returned in the original condition with your order number inside the parcel with 14days. If you have any other problem , it must be reported via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of tracked delivery.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, all beauty and cosmetic, hats, underwear and swimwear items are strictly non-refundable.
In order to return an item all tags must be fully intact and not have been removed.
If your item is not as described, including any blemishes or damage to the item, please contact us to arrange the returning of the item and a subsequent refund.
In the event of a return, postage costs must be covered by the customer. We advise items for return to be sent by Insured, Tracked and Signed postage.
Items should be returned within 14 days of tracked delivery date. Details of where to send the item can be found above and are also on your packaging postage label. Upon receipt of the item, in the same condition as it was sent, ebloggers will refund you in the same manner that the initial payment was made.
ebloggers cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post.
