How much is shipping?

Can I return an item?

You can return an item, if received back within 14 days of tracked delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy to find out more. All hats, earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Can I contact you about an item?

Yes you can, please visit our Contact page and link to the specific item you have a question about. Our offices are open between Mon-Thursday 10.30am-3.30pm, please be patient we will email you back as soon as we can.

My item is damaged or not as described, what can I do?

All items are listed to a high degree of accuracy, including any damage or blemishes on the item. If your item is not as described, please contact us to arrange the item's return and a subsequent refund. Can I specify which charity I want my money to go to?

At this time, all charitable donations are given to our chosen charity. However, if you would like to suggest a charity to consider in the future, please do so using our Contact form.

How does ebloggers work?

How do I join ebloggers?

To join ebloggers, you need to apply. All successful applicants will become part of our Very Important Blogger (VIB) Club. Please click here to apply to join.

Why should I sell my items on ebloggers?

ebloggers provides a professional service that takes the effort out of selling your items yourself.

There is no fee for listing an item; only items sold will be subject to our commission structure.

At ebloggers we also donate a small percentage of every sale to charity and our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable.

Which locations do you collect items from?

If you are based outside of our normal collection zone but you have a large number of items to sell, please get in touch and we will arrange a special collection service for you. We can often organise multiple pick ups on one day to enable us to widen our collection area.

Our weekly collection zone  covers London, Greater London and neighbouring boroughs. (if you are outside this zone we will happily collect from you, it just may take us a little longer to organise). Please use the below map to see our weekly collection zone, between the four points:

 

 

 

For all approved bloggers, you only need to notify us when you have 30 or more items to sell and we will do the rest - send you a collection sack, collect your items, photograph and list them for you.

If you are outside our collection zone but you have a large number of items to sell, please do get in touch and we will arrange a special collection service for you.

Can I sell an item when I'm outside your collection zone?

Yes! For all approved bloggers who are based outside of our collection zone, you will be able to upload individual items worth over £100 using our standard form. A description and photographs of the item will be needed. Photographs of you wearing the item are welcomed too. We will check all uploaded items before listing them, and we will ensure the pricing is right too.

Upon the sale of the item, you will need to send the item to the buyer yourself within 7 days. Our commission will be 15% + 5% minimum charity donation with no hidden costs.

In the instance of a return, it will be returned to ebloggers' public address and we will re-list and sell it for no extra charge.

Above all, we ask that all items sold on ebloggers are in excellent condition – any items listed or received in an unsellable condition will be rejected and you may be removed from the VIB Club.

Where are my items stored?

All sellable items collected by the ebloggers team will be securely stored by us until they are sold.

How much does it cost to join ebloggers?

Joining ebloggers is free, although all applications need to be approved by our team before you can join. Please click here to apply.

How much does it cost to sell my items?

There is no fee for listing an item; only items sold will be subject to our commission structure.

How much is my item worth?

When telling us about an item, you will fill in a form and indicate the worth of your item. Once we have received it, our sales team will double-check the price and list it according to its current market value. If you have a question about our pricing on a specific item, please contact us.

Which items can I send to you?

We're happy to sell anything - items can be high street or high end, so long as they are of excellent quality. 

Do you accept jewellery or other accessories?

All approved bloggers can send us jewellery, sunglasses, hosiery, lingerie, swimwear and other accessories.

Can I sell replicas?

We do not accept replicas or fake goods. All fake items sent to us will be rejected and you may be removed from the VIB Club.

How will I be paid?

For all items sold from your collection, we will send you a monthly statement including your charitable donations breakdown, and pay all earnings directly into your specified bank account. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment.

What happens if a shopper has an issue with an item or returns an item?

ebloggers accepts returns if received back within 14 days of tracked delivery. We will swiftly deal with any issues a buyer is experiencing. If an item is returned to us, we will refund the buyer and we will re-list the item.
